Hello, I’m Carla Parsons and I’m the legal Practitioner Director of Parsons Law, which is a boutique law firm I established in 2016 after many years of on the job practise in law firms and also further academic study. At Parsons Law we specialise in will and deceased estate law matters. Our office is located on the Gold coast, but through this office we’re able to service and look after clients throughout Queensland, Australia and even overseas.
We appreciate at Parsons Law that this can be a difficult area of law for you and with this in mind, we really try to work with you to partner together to achieve a good outcome. So we will, wherever possible, provide you with an upfront fixed fee for your legal matter. We’ll also keep you fully informed as your matter progresses and we’ll combine the use of technology with our technical expertise to be able to achieve a result focused outcome for you.
I mentioned that at Parsons Law we specialise in will and estate law and by this I mean two things. The first is that we practise exclusively in this area of law, so we have very current and hands on experience with all areas of will and deceased estate matters. And the second is that I am an accredited specialist through the Queensland Law Society as an expert in the area of succession law and currently There are only 43 lawyers in Queensland with that particular accreditation.
