What is an Accredited Specialist
in Succession Law

An Accredited Specialist in Succession Law is a lawyer who has been formally recognised by the Queensland Law Society for their exceptional expertise and skills in the area of succession law, which includes estate planning, wills, estate administration, and estate litigation. To earn this prestigious accreditation, a lawyer must undergo rigorous testing and demonstrate a high level of competency and experience in the field.

This designation signifies that Parsons Law’s accredited specialists are among the most qualified experts in succession law in Queensland, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of legal advice and representation.
